I - Planet Surface/Rei's Theme On the planet surface there's a sensor Pointed upward, out of place She'll protect us from those monsters And all the bad things from space Ayanami, our protector Be careful what you try and face Here comes one of those monsters From the depths of outer space They're not like the other ones You might realize They're the ones who'll cut you up And wipe out all our lives She will come for you, and then she'll blow your mind She will clock you hard, her fist between your eyes You name the place, and you name the time You clock them hard, right between the eyes You say the word, and they'll be destroyed II - Fight! Kill, kill, kill Thrill, thrill, thrill Kill all people Helpless, mindless, you can't save them Kill, kill, kill Thrill, thrill, thrill, Kill all people Now we'll show you what we're made of III - 201X: A Space Odyssey I'm not out of place I'm floating in space Doesn't matter where I go But now I've gone away And away and away and away and away and away 500 million miles from Earth-space I'm waiting I'm waiting How can it be I'm all alone in the galaxy Doesn't matter where I go I've got to fight again And again and again and again and again and again And again and again and again and again and again They'll come for you and then they'll blow your mind You'll keep on fighting till the end of time And again and again and again and again and again They'll come for you, they're coming for you next IV - Where Are You, Rei? Rei Did you run away from here and now you're far away? Rei Are you hiding from the monsters out to have their way? Rei They keep us here They keep us there They keep us close together They keep us with the fear Rei Where'd you go? Where'd you go? Rei, where'd you go? Now you're gone, we wonder why But look across the sky It's Rei V - Rei's Theme (Reprise) You should not have come back to Earth They'll string you up and kill you first But I'm sick of all this thought All these bad things, it's time that they stopped

A 14 minute rock-suite with 5 different movements about a girl who fights off these alien invaders from space. It's not really anime, it's more like a symphonic piece with guitars. The nature of the song allowed me to experiment with many different ideas both musically and sonically. That being said, I worked really hard to make this piece the greatest thing I've ever done, and I really think it is, in all aspects. Please listen all the way through, and enjoy!

Thanks to my family and friends, my dog Belle, Hideaki Anno, the Pillows, Radiohead, people, the universe, aliens, and science fiction.

Special thanks: There are plenty of people I would love to thank, but most of all I'd like to thank my parents whose support has led me this far; it's because of them that I'm able to continue doing the things I'm most passionate about.
